At Moremusic, we take great care in packaging and shipping your used CDs and vinyl records. Here's everything you need to know about how we get your music to you.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
We offer two domestic shipping options:
- Economy Shipping: Estimated delivery in 5–10 business days.
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery in 3–5 business days.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and destination.
International Shipping
We ship to 27 countries worldwide via USPS and DHL Express.
- USPS International: Estimated delivery in 10–21 business days, depending on destination and customs processing.
- DHL Express: Estimated delivery in 3–7 business days for most international destinations.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. These charges are not included in our shipping rates and are beyond our control.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Tracking Your Order
All orders include tracking. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment's progress.
Lost or Damaged Packages
We package all vinyl records and CDs with care to prevent damage in transit. However, if your order arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date.
- Damaged items: Email us at your store's contact email with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund.
- Lost packages: If tracking shows your package is lost, we will file a claim with the carrier and either reship your order or issue a full refund.
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
