At Moremusic, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Because we sell used CDs and vinyl records, we take extra care to accurately describe the condition of each item. Please read our policy below so you know exactly what to expect.

Our Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind every item we sell. If you receive a defective item or something that doesn't match its description, we'll make it right — no hassle.

Eligible Returns

We accept returns in the following situations:

  • Defective items: The CD or vinyl record skips, is unplayable, or has a defect not disclosed in the listing.
  • Wrong item received: You received a different item than what you ordered.
  • Item significantly not as described: The condition of the item is materially worse than described (e.g., listed as "Good" but arrives with major scratches or damage).

How to Request a Return

  1. Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order via our store's contact page.
  2. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable.
  3. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or send a replacement within 5 business days.

Refund Options

  • Full refund to your original payment method, or
  • Replacement item of equal value (subject to availability)

Return shipping costs for eligible returns (defective, wrong item, not as described) will be covered by Moremusic.

Non-Returnable Situations

We are unable to accept returns in the following cases:

  • Change of mind (e.g., you no longer want the item)
  • Items returned more than 14 days after delivery
  • Items that have been further damaged after receipt
  • Items where the condition was accurately described in the listing

Used Item Condition Guide

All of our items are graded and described using the following condition scale:

  • Mint (M): Perfect, unplayed condition.
  • Near Mint (NM): Nearly perfect with minimal signs of handling.
  • Very Good Plus (VG+): Shows some signs of play but plays perfectly.
  • Very Good (VG): Noticeable marks but plays through without skipping.
  • Good (G): Heavy wear; plays with some noise but is complete.
